AYA opens college doors

Access Youth Academy’s 2021 high school graduates attend a variety of excellent colleges. The urban squash athletic and academic academy focused on underserved San Diego students has served close to 200 students, seen a 100 percent graduation rate and 100 percent college acceptance and have secured more than $10 million in scholarships. Students have been accepted at Amherst, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Northwestern, Princeton, Stanford, USC several UC campuses and other colleges. As Director Renato Paiva explains, AYA is “producing good human beings who are doing something special in this world.
